my tool have not been updated since i bought it

    I am trying to get my tool updated. There is 58 msgs on my autel msgs with update notices. What is the best way to get it updated and is it safe to do with all the hype around down grades. I have maxisys mini.

    Hi Ede65, sorry for late reply have been a bit busy. My machine do not receive the
    updates. It runs and runs but no updates comes through. Support says it is still valid
    under free updates, so I want to get the updates but can't it to download.

    I had this issue, and rgularly do, but found out thanks to ede65 that if you go to the tablet homepage (not into maxisys but to the actual computer home screen) hold the little maxisys icon for a few seconds then drag it to the information symbol at top of the screen you can force the program to stop. Then it will be fine
